Susan Perris joined SC Novi as a Search Consultant in 2009.

Susan recruits extensively in the Medical Device and Automotive Industries. Her primary focus is the recruitment of sales and engineering positions from mid level professional up to the Management, Director, and Vice President levels on a national basis. In addition to the focus on candidate recruitment, Susan has built relationships with numerous key client decision makers.

Prior to joining SC Novi, Susan spent several years working in the advertising and marketing sectors. She has held Account Management positions calling on clients such as Ford Motor Company, Key Bank, Delta Dental and General Motors Corporation. After great success as an Account Supervisor, she transitioned over to internal corporate recruiting within the advertising space. In her role as a Corporate Recruiter, she helped build the overall talent base for the organization; this was her introduction to the critical importance for corporations to build their competitive advantage through the acquisition of top talent.

Susan earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Michigan State University. She is married with two children and resides in the Western Suburbs of Detroit, MI. When Susan is not at work, she is engaged with family activities.
