Jim Guerrera, President and CEO, founded SC Novi in 2000.
As a leader of SC Novi, Jim assumes responsibility for the hiring and development of company employees, strategic planning, culture leadership, core value leadership, marketing, operations, and business progress analysis.
Jim also maintains relationships and leads recruiting initiatives with key company clients in the Automotive, Energy, Industrial and Medical Device Sectors. Jim’s recruiting focus is the placement of sales, manufacturing, engineering, and project management professionals from the individual contributor to executive levels on a national basis.
Prior to founding SC Novi, Jim worked in a variety of Business Management and Sales Management positions in the Industrial and Civil Construction Sectors. He worked as a Market and Business Manager for MSC and as a Regional Sales Manager, District Sales Manager, and Outside Sales Representative for Advanced Drainage Products.
Jim earned an MBA from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, DePaul University. He also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame.
Jim earned a Varsity Letter as a Walk-on member of the University of Notre Dame Football Team and is a college football enthusiast. He lives in the Western Suburbs of Detroit with his wife and four children.
